Chicken's not too bad, but they *always* manage to screw up part of my order. Like that time half the fries were missing. Or when I had to wait half an hour despite being there being only 2 customers, including me.
I'd recommend driving to Heerlen, service is a lot better there.
Also, they discontinued the hot and spicy chicken pieces. Worst. Move. Ever.

The staff are always polite and efficient. However, it is more the location of the place which puzzles me. If they had built it in the once proposed venue of Fortuna Stadion like how they did at Roda JC Kerkrade with Burger King and the different restaurants and shops there, there would be more cohesion to the whole place in general. There is no visible path leading from Foroxity Cinema's parking place to KFC so you have to drive for a safer passage even though they are only 300 m away.

Food is good, staff is friendly and quick. The place is quite new and looks very modern, but the floors and tables weren't very clean. Four stars if they fix that :)
