Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame baliemedewerkers en monteurs. Met een wat oudere auto zou ik niet naar de(ze) dealer gaan.
Naar mijn mening wordt er te snel geadviseerd om onderdelen te vervangen die ook gereinigd kunnen worden, met hoge rekeningen als gevolg.

Went for the yearly check of my car. They were pushing me to get maintenance packages for more than 100€. I refused it and my car didn't pass the check. According to them the numberplate was not mounted correctly. Last year (and all the years before) the car has passed the check with the plate mounted in the same way. Last year the check was performed here too! Bad way to punish customers who doesn't want to buy your maintenance services!

Friendly English speaking (last is not really surprising though) personnel. Coffee and wifi onsite, bike for free or rent a car if want to go outside. Prices are higher than in small garages of course, but with that come guarantee and nice sweeteners like official Toyota road help for one year (max 15000 km) for whole Europe.

Vandaag één koplamp vervangen voor 43 euro.....
Voor onderhoud/service hoef je niet bij deze vestiging te zijn tenzij je graag veel geld uitgeeft voor weinig.
