Worst rental experience ever. They tried to overcharge me 3 times with different reasons, took almost 30 minutes to rent a car.

I rent a car here on a Sunday, this wasn't possible at other rental companies in Amsterdam, so I was happy. The price I paid was exactly what they advertised on their website. I couldn't refuel so I knew that I needed to pay maybe a bit more for that, but they charged me 60euro's for fuel!! I refueled almost the whole tank for that price. It was absurd! So I contacted them and they refund me the whole amount, so after all, I think it is a good attainable company.

Only one counter with zero tolerance to the over size line.
The worst experience I have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and choose different car rental company.

First and last time i use BUDGET cars
Pre-order online-total price 330: - eur
Other company 360-380.
When I leave the car I have to pay 605eur: - mass of hidden costs ... feeling naked ..

Very bad experience with this company, very tricky, don't trust them,
I booked online but when I got there they said that I have to pay more and they charged my credit card without my permission, the guy behind the counter on schipol airport was very rude and they know that you can't do anything and you are tired after long flight and they force you to buy their $300 insurance unless if something happens they charge you $31,000 for their lost.
Not happy with them at all
