I rent(ed) with Sixt on a weekly basis for the past 9 months but if nothing changes will switch rental companies. When I started renting with them I always got upgraded but ever since I am a Platinum member with them they upgrade less and less although now I should receive an upgrade... Also their queues are a mess, they have a platinum queue but they do not use it. Personnel at Schiphol is not very friendly and when asked about the upgrade say you're not eligible. Sixt also offers you VW golf's while renting a BMW 1 series and claim their the same. Loyalty is discouraged at Sixt which is why I'll be switching to another company for my rentals!

The staff at Sixt was friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. We prepaid for our car ahead of time, and the staff made sure that everything was taken care of properly. We were traveling with bikes, and they made sure that the car we chose, met our needs. They found us the best car for our needs. It was a great experience from start to finish. From the pickup, to our bill, to the drop off, everything was done professionally and quick manner. I will use Sixt again.. Highly recommend them..

We were greeted by a friendly and competent employee. We were given quite a few options to choose from (as indicated beforehand), and we ended up with an Opel Astra 2017. The car was in a superb condition. We drove about 1500 km with it and I have to say it was a pleasure to ride such a great car. Handing the car back was also fast and easy. Everything worked perfectly!
