i am not giving them any stars, the person behind the counter literally hung over the counter to help us completely not interested. After having said no ice in our drink we discovered we had only half of a cup full when asking to fill up the cup to the 0,5 lt line he said that the machine only gave this much, we should have taken ice... it is written in BK policies... if I read the policies first before ordering a burger!!!!!!! come one... and after ordered 2 meals a total of 19 euro's I ask if I could have another mayo.. that would cost 60 cents... i am are you kidding me... i just spend 19 euro's and you are not even giving me a mayo.... then i found out that the mayo (or sauce how he planted it out) was charged the first time... that was not even included... not sure who owns this Franchise but I will never ever come back and I will never give them good advertisement.. most pathetic place ever with no hospitality at all ... ow and they shout out loud which customer ordered this throughout the store... not even being served to their table.... Maybe best to get the owner of BK in and show them how their name is gettting dragged througout the mud.... brrrrr.. never ever again... and no the food was not good at all...

Honestly the slowest and most poorly run BK I have ever been too. Unfair to describe it as fast food due to the long waits. Better staffing could go a long way in improving this.
