We had the Bavette and Sukade steaks with chips and creamed spinache. The Bavette was slightly too chewy for our liking but the Sukade was soft and tasty. Looks like small portions but we were full at the end of our meal. Probably wouldn't return any time soon as there are equally nice places in Leiden without the expensive price tag.

Incarnates a perfection! Drinks, starters, meats, side dishes, desserts, atmosphere... The best restaurant in Leiden (for sure)and one of the high quality restaurants in the Netherlands! I started with a glass(Lehmann)of moscato wine and finished with a glass(Riedel) of Amaretto(Breta) and had amazing Eton Mess!!

Beautiful venue on the outskirts of the center of Leiden. Obviously they serve steaks, but make no mistake, this isn't your run of the mill, standard steakhouse! This is an entirely different league steakhouse. Don't forget to order your side dishes here either, you'll be amazed. And best of all on Wednesday you can bring your own bottle for just €5 handling costs. Highly recommend.

Best starters ever. Highly recommended blood sausage and bone marrow in combination with the ventoux red wine (by the glass)
