Scam artists. I booked a car and pre paid 135 euros, only to find out when i got there the coverage was triple the cost of the car. When i cancelled they only refunded 43 euros. Never rent from these criminals.

Don't trust this car rental !!! I also made a reservation and they were close on that day..all clients were waiting outside.. we called and no one picked the phone.

Made a car reservation for the last Saturday and found out that the agency was closed, even if it was supposed to have opened 1h before I got there. We called all the numbers indicated in the contact list without anyone picking up (it was ringing but then it was always disconnected from Budget side). We were not the only customers in this situation, there were others at the door, calling Budget and trying to understand why they were not opening, without any reply from them. I was using this agency in all my travels, even outside the Netherlands, but since there's no guarantee that they will keep their opening schedule, will not use it again.
