No complaints at all renting a car from here. We were able to return it at 10pm which was really handy and saved us having to pay for another day. Friendly and helpful customer service also received upon initially arriving!

One of the best things that Europcar had to offer, was the ability to drop the car off after hours. Simply park the rental in a nearby parking spot on their lot and drop off the key at a nearby drop box next to the office. Also, there is a working fuel pump conveniently at the center of the parking lot, in case you forgot to fuel up before returning. The staff members seemed friendly, and worked as fast as they could. Definitely recommended for travelers. Always a great experience.

Always a great experience. Very easy to bring back at out of working hours, plenty of space. There is also a very convenient refuel station at the place.

I rented a bus for 48 hours on their office with reservation this time.
General impression: the company looks refined, clean and costumer service is easily accesible.
Service:
Their online and physical service have friendly employees. They take the time to explain to you what the rules are of renting a car and their policies. Europacars also gives you good explanation about renting the best possible car/bus that fits the needs, the cirumstances and the financial situations of the customer. Conclusion: the service is reliable, professional, fair and safe.
Product:
A friendly employee checked if the car was good to use before handing out the keys. We looked at the car checklist together before I signed.
No faults or errors occured while driving in the bus. Service is easy accesible if any problems would occur with the bus.
Conclusion: the product didn't consist of errors or faults while using it.

Insurance is included. You get free kilometers and after that you pay x cents per kilometer. You pay per 24 hours and you can also rent it for half a day. There is no limit to the x amount of days you want to rent the car.
You need to verify yourself with your passport and have to option to pay with creditcard or normal card. I had the option to lower my bargain by paying extra.
You can reservate easy on their website. You can also rent the car on their office. I have rented it online and on the office both with their own benefits. It is recommended to reservate on the website if you have experience with renting cars or to speeden up the process. After usage of the car I got my deposit back on my bank account. You could give the keys back after closing hours.
