Snelle service, kwalitatieve auto’s en vriendelijk personeel. Sixt is een prima autoverhuurbedrijf, maar benadeeld jonge mensen (onder 25) nog iets te veel naar mijn smaak. Voor iedere huurauto wordt minimaal 18 euro per dag extra gerekend omdat je nog geen 25 bent. Dit maakt dat het huren van een auto voor hen minder aantrekkelijk is.

Very good experience with the agency.
Guys in there were more than nice.
They first lent a phone holder free of charge when they knew we were going to use my phone as GPS for a long drive. On the day of return, we arrived late (3 hours) and they were really kind enough not to charge any additional fees for it (saved us around 80€).
Everything was easy and convenient.
The reservation on internet was user friendly. No additional charges at all.
Very good experience with the agency.

Not Customer Friendly. Implied rates change when you arrive. Creditcard is a must and the person with the creditcard MUST drive or again extra costs.
Do not use SIXT if you would like to help a friend with driving. Online indicated price of 19,99 euros, jumps to 50+ euros. Additionally in email, I was informed that it comes with a WA insurance, but when I asked about whatif scenarios the answer was simply 'the car value', however this is not true.
Eventually they were nice enough to cancel the reservation without a hassle, therefore the one star.
