Heb je een afspraak, je belt van te voren wat de vertraging is, het antwoord nihil. In het ziekenhuis aangekomen bleek de dokter nog niet aanwezig de verwachte wachttijd 3/4 tot 1 uur. Heb gelijk een nieuwe afspraak gemaakt als eerste patient. Mijn tijd kost ook geld!
Is dat de manier dat het ziekenhuis meer omzet tracht te maken? Daarom 0 sterren, maar dit systeem accepteert geen NUL sterren

They need to make a "clear" description of emergency. It seems, unless you have a smashed face, broken leg, crying child or extreme drama making capacity, you never get treated. They keep allowing other people to go in front of you. I am sure some of the people who had priority did not even have a health problem. After 2.5 hours of waiting we had to leave and call a doctor to the hotel. Worst service, worst treatment ever. So, never dare to get ill in the Netherlands especially if it is a weekend. Or suffer and wait for normal weekdays to come.

Yesterday I had surgery at this hospital to remove my gallbladder and two gallstones. Everybody was really great, both from the professional- and the human point of view.
Great staff!
