I started pilates after having surgery for my crohns disease. I am 20 years old and needed to get back into shape and find a sport that would allow me to regain strength both mentally and physically. Choosing Aspire Pilates was the best decision, Lucy, the instructor, is very professional, speaks perfect english, her studio is perfect equipped and in a super central location, she pays attention to every detail and is great at motivating, they are highly professional and individualised sessions and you can feel the difference after each lesson with her.

If you are looking for a high quality Pilates studio, I highly recommend this one. Top quality of the equipment, fantastic instructor and great location with a relaxing and "gezellig" atmosphere.

The best studio for the discerning. It offered me sessions tailored to my my specific needs. It has improved my cycling performance and straightened out my posture, making me feel more confident overall!
