Unfortunately, nothing really impressed me here in this restaurant. The food is nice, but definitely not the best! It's mediocre.
The service staff are not really friendly. I don't see any smile on any of their faces at all.
The whole time we were in this restaurant, there was a Indian group playing their music loud on sort of a Karaoke style. It was really unpleasant to hear a karaoke style music so loud while having our dinner and the management didn't really try to improve the situation either.

Dumplings are very nice, the main dishes are average. Bit expensive for the quality of the food (under Chinese standards and compared to alternatives in Den Haag or Rotterdam).
