Goeie kwaliteit schoenen in een overzichtelijke winkel. Zeer goed geholpen door het vriendelijke personeel met alle geduld en zelfs humor. Goed geslaagd en ik kom zeker terug!

Absolutely appalled by the disrespectful, insulting and arrogant attitude of the Store Manager. I went to exchange my shoes bought from the new collection because of too small a size and I was attended by an assistant who told me to come a day later since the manager was not there. When I went the next day, the same assistant said “Oh, it’s you again!” which is so weird since when I went to buy the shoes I was greeted by “Goedemorgen meneer!”
Anyway, after 10 minutes, the manager shows up and of course he came down with a very bad attitude. Without even having a look at the shoes he pointed out the date on the receipt and said, “I can do nothing for you since the 10 days’ period have expired”. He then went on to be very insulting in front of everyone and said things like “Don’t you think you are old enough to make your own choices about the size (implying why did I trust his own assistant who recommended me to go a size smaller with Clarks). He kept repeating, I cannot do anything for you, wrapped up the shoes and pushed them aside. The callous attitude continued and then he lost his patience; “I don’t want to speak with you anymore, I am done with the discussion” he said while all other people looked at me for this drama.
I am absolutely astonished by such an aggressive behavior by a store manager who is supposed to manage conflicts. I was fine with them not returning or exchanging the shoes because I have tried them on at home but all I expected was a little bit of consideration and a professional attitude and not the outrage of this manager and being shouted at. Never Clarks again especially Clarks Den Haag ever in my life. The worst Service in the Netherlands.
