Horrible experience after a 10h flight!!
We booked the taxi for 8h at schiphol a few days in advance, got a confirmation and expected everything to run smoothly due to good reviews. However when we arrived we called him a few minutes before he should have arrived and he said he was still about 30 mins away. Of course this can happen so we waited. At 8.30 we called again, he said he would be there in 10 mins. 10 mins later we called again and again he said in 10 minutes he would be there. Then, at 8.50, 50 mins after he was supposed to be there we called again and he said he would only take 2 more minutes. We were with 4 people and heavy suitcases walking outside expecting him to arrive. We waited another 5 minutes and no one was there. Such a horrible experience after a long, exhausting flight! I'd recommend going somewhere else for a reliable service!
