Lost flight while hiking to the wrong Airport:
Rijswijk is located about 15 Min. from the Airport Rotterdam/DenHaag where goes even a direct flight to Munich about 3 times a day full week. Small but efficiently.
Called a taxi "from EPO to the Airport" - driver came within promised 10 Min.
Asked "you go to the Airport?" - "Yes pleace, quickly"
Drove about 15 Min. on the highway, didn't see any Airport but a sign that said we were directing to Amsterdam.
Turned around to Rotterdam - but arrived just to visit our flight departing...
We had to stay in totaly booked out Amsterdam Airport to get the first flight on the next morning - unless we didn't pay for the taxi.
Nice and competent driver. But his boss told him to pick some guys from EPO to bring them to Amsterdam Airport. Excuses from him were like - I don't have to ask; 99% from EPO goes to Amsterdam....
Sorry, but we are not even from EPO - we just waited there for a Taxi.
All in all - we've landed 15 hrs later in Munich and paid about 800€ (in addition) for new flights and hotel-room.

If you are looking for a serious and punctual company, in which you can rely on, then this is NOT your taxi company. What a mess. How unprofessionnal. Incredible.
