Needed a cab on a Saturday noon in Scheveningen and the operator said it would be here right away. More than 25 min wait and we missed our international train connection.. Called 3 times to hear what was up and kept being told '5 minutes'... - really wish they would have told the truth that the taxi would take that long so that we could have found another solution and made our train :(

Awful. Booked through the website and STILL had to call up when it was late. Missed appt because of it.

They mixed up the address and the taxi was more than half an hour late. In the end I was late for my appointment.
