I tried to book a room in a hotel on their website. I was always getting an error message after the final step of payment saying: "There was an error. Please try again later." I did the process 2 times with no success.I checked my account right after and I see I have been charged twice by Tix, without even receiving an email about the payment or reservation confirmation. Im now with no room and minus 600 euro, for which I need to reach the Customer Service that never picks up the phone. I can say only one thing: never use this website!

Ik heb nog nooit zoiets slechts meegemaakt. De gemiddelde 1,3 is veel te hoog voor jullie.

I called in one day 7times.. I had to wait for every time 40minutes minimmum.. and every time telling my story and my questions again and again.. WHAT IS THAT?????????????????
1 star is too much for you!!!!! I would put -5 if was that possible..!
