Been here quite a few times now and never had a bad experience, good food, beer and wine, has a covered outdoor area on cold days, warm as well, service is great.

Great service. Knowledgeable staff who knew their products and made hear suggestions. Good place for beer lovers and their families.

Excellent food and service together with good beer made for a very satisfactory evening. Ambience good. Would definitely (and have) recommend to others and also go back again.

Staff were unfriendly, food was average and overprice. Location is a little bit weird. In Christchurch's saturated hospitality market... You are better spending your money elsewhere. Also Google 'christchurch restaurant owner lashes out at customers.'.. interesting reading.
