Music was loud I couldn't hear the other people talking at our table we asked if they would turn it down but they didn't rude i thought good was ok

Dreadful service!!!
Decided to try Joe's Garage on Cranford Street for lunch with my daughter today and we were completely ignored by the staff... we just ended up walking out.
We've been to other Joe's Garage restaurants that have been the complete opposite with great service from helpful staff!

Good food. Explained we had to be quick due to going to a show. Only reason why it's not 5 stars is, I explained it was my daughters birthday and they did nothing. At riccarton branch when it was my son's birthday they made a fuss of him and gave him a free cap. Definitely riccarton is the superior outlet for customer service.
