Bought a car from them a year ago and a year later it failed it's W.O.F and it turns out that there was a horn relay absent from the car. I had not been to any mechanic prior to get another issue fixed. They refused to reimburse me. Also they go to a place for the W.O.F that seems dodgy so you can make up your own mind but I wouldn't recommend buying from them. That and from what I have seen confrontational staff.

Not very convenient, not very friendly or helpful. We did, however, get where we needed to go, so there is that.

The worst place ever, the sales lady was absolutely rude, I felt like I am a terrorist or some kinda great sinner. I was gonna see some used cars for sale and get a quote for car rentals. But she didn't give me much information of vehicles and treated me like a bug. Seriously, I couldn't even ask a question anymore. It's like "You buy it without question, or get the hell out of here" And I went to the reception to get a quote for a car rental but no one responded. And speaking of cars, they may seem ok but I think it's like a getting a bomb, they won't give you any more details of the car and a lot of damage most likely, but the worst part was the stench of cars.

Really helpful staff. Patiently answered all my queries. They even came to my hotel for a complementary pick up. Good collection of vehicles. Car hire process and paperworks were quick. Excellent post-hire support (I needed one for road assistance).

Avoid! We bought comprehensive insurance to cover all eventualities. We were hit by another car - absolutely no fault of our own - and the company refused to continue to provide us with the same car and same level of insurance for the remainder of our stay despite the fact we had already paid for it (5 days worth!). No refund. They relied upon a clause in the rental agreement that states after an accident the company has discretion over whether they will provide another car/insurance. Fair enough if the driver was a hoon. But if an impeccable driver, following the letter of the law, had the rental balance stolen by the company... this is probably some rort they use to expand their bottom line.
So if you use this company, be warned that of you are involved in an accident - regardless of the circumstances - you will likely lose the balance of your rental arrangement. We have a small baby so we were left high and dry by this company.
To be fair, the customer service rep appeared as appalled as we were by the (offsite) manager's decision but told us they do this about 6 times a day. So it's bread and butter for them as far as i can tell.
