Eliza's Manor Boutique Hotel offers quality bed and breakfast accommodation in a beautifully restored homestead. Situated at 82 Bealey Avenue on the northern boundary of the Central Business District of Christchurch City, New Zealand. I had a comfortable time and nice people around me.

Never justified price
We got for our by Emirates recommended nz$ 250 the butter room.it was dark, cold, no heating looking in the garden. It was just an outdated hutch. OK it survived an earthquake but the room is standard from the 1950's.The breakfast included in he room rate is just to laugh: 2 toastes, 1 butter,and 2 jams from the supermarket. 2 butters > you have to ask on your knees. The new owner are so mean, they want to get their money so fast as possible to get back. NOT RECOMMENDED. Save your money for better lodging but the the building is beautuful and it survuved very much. The house will also survive the actual owner!!!

We only stayed here for one night but Ann made every minute of our stay as nice as possible. She was very accomodating with the rooms and was sure that we were up and ready with an incredible breakfast in time for us to make to our train! I am definitely looking forward to staying here again very soon.
