Very good. I was there for a conference. There was no trouble when I said I was a vegetarian when catered for lunch

Top Service - 5 star treatment. Highly recommend. Beds are amazing. its been newly refurbished. very modern. Staff were very helpful, and keen to help. Must try the restaurant!!!!!!! 5 star dining. Good location, Quiet rooms. Will Definitely Comeback!!! No questions asked

Second time I've stayed here, and it hasn't changed. Still love it. Good service. Has a mini mart across the street and take away stores, best part has the northlands mall just around the corner. Will keep staying here for quick convenience from the airport. And out of Christchurch. Great place to stay as very quiet and comfortable.

Check in on 07 April 2017with "Melanie". She was somehow unwelcome (from her face). She offered a wake up call service but it was not happen.
Check in again on 13 April 2017 with "Pam". She as lovely woman with all support. As well as duty manager on that night. He was very helpful with info.
So, if you met "Melanie", do not bother ask her for anything.......
