This is the best little gym around, excellent classes including yoga. It has a friendly and inclusive vibe. Highly recommend for ladies wanting to get fit in great facilities with friendly staff!

Fantastic gym! Loads of classes, staff are super helpful. Female federation has made it easy for me to get back into gym, and with 5 showers, hair-dryers and hair straighteners there is no excuse not to go before work!

The staff have all been really helpful encouraging me to achieve goals I never dreamed possible...90km on a bike, lifting heavy weights, walking the Heaphy Track! Great blend of equipment and classes.
