Had dinner with my 5 year old granddaughter at McDonald's linwood . We went upstairs to have it in the childrens room where the playground is . It was extremely freezing !Thers is two heat pumps in there but neither were on . When I went downstairs to ask them to turn them on , they said one remote was broken and they couldn't find the other one ! Not good enogh . Especially on a freezing night like this , and especially around children .

Distinctiy average. Bacon in NYC bagel was crisped to a crunchy dry flake. Sausage muffin bun was burnt on one edge. Tea was filled to over flowing with milk and consequently cold. Hot Chocolate was 2/3 full.

Bought a warm chicken salad from in store, saw it was packed and was just sitting there. I asked one of the employees if she can hand it to me as I was getting late for work. She said she will once my order number is in line. I was like ok no worries. One of the other staff walked super slowly towards the counter then took ages to pack my salad in.by then I was late.. reached work realized didn't have a fork with the salad.
