Horrible service. Rushed my cat in due to a complication after surgery. Long story short they totally misdiagnosed her resulting in them telling me she had no chance of survival, so we made the hard decision to euthanise. Only to learn the next day when I went to visit our normal vet to find out what on earth happened that the after hours vet was completely wrong and her condition was treatable. My vet let them know of their error and I never heard a word from them. She was a much loved family member and if you can avoid it DO NOT take your pet here.

An absolute disgrace. My dog came in with a bleeding foot, in severe pain, crying and with his heart racing from the pain. The woman at the counter literally SCOFFED at me and refused to put my dog through to see a vet. There was no one else waiting. Money is not a problem to take care of my pets. Hugely disappointed by the extreme rudeness of the receptionist as well as the complete lack of compassion for an animal in pain.

So glad we have this service available for our pets. I have been here several times over the past two years as have a dog with serious illness that can sometimes lead to out of hours vet trips. They have always done the best they can and given us all the options and care he has needed. They cost is reasonable for the care they receive at the time of day that it is. It's a high stress place and like a human emergency centre they can get overrun and stretched. You just need to be patient when you can and communicate when you are worried and stressed. I have had problems with front of house staff but am confident in the abilities of the staff treating my animals. Also pays to remember that after their care to always go to your vets for follow ups as yes in emergency care some things can be missed. They are more patch and dispatch not finding all the answers and they do the best they can and I'm grateful for all they have done for my animals.

Bunny refuse to eat for around 2 days, rushed to the after hour vet on Saturday eve, stay there over night, then the report given by the vet says "front teeth need to be cut.". Bring the bunny to our own vet for the teeth treatment on Monday and stay there over night, our own vets noticed the bunny is having light diarrhea, told us to keep give our bunny fluid and keep an eye on him, bunny suddenly start to have really bad diarrhea and was in pain, a nail had come off as well, rushed to vet on Wednesday and was way too late for any treatment, and have to be euthanized in order to end his suffer...

Thanks for the misdiagnosis that caused the life of one of my family member...I'll never forgive you!!!
