Good variety of wood furniture and good prices. Some Items can be custom made. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

After reading the negative feedback I feel compelled to rate this store based on my experience and cannot say enough about them. I have shopped at this store for a long time and have found them always to be very helpful! I had a faulty part of my lounge suiite and it was fixed promptly a wee while ago.
I also just went in to buy a sofa bed and was greeted and helped by an extremely lovely Salesperson, I think she is the manager and she made my shopping experience a delight and I will continue to go and shop in this store. Thank you Big Save Hastings you are the best!

We brought a lounge suite from bigsave Hastings and one of the recliners had a problem. We reported it to bigsave and someone came to review it after 2.5 months. He confirmed the fault and told us it was a manufacturer defect. Big save never got back to us until now. It is about 8 months now.
