Clean atmosphere, good range. Only negative is coffee is always was not very nice, way to hot so tastes like burnt milk and burns my mouth.

Cinema 1is a huge screen .others are not at big as the screen 1 but good sound effects and seating ..

We did not have a good experience at Focal Point Cinema today. We were the only 2 in the theatre for a movie. Near the end of the movie a man walked in and wandered around the theatre, changing seats and talking and laughing to himself, obviously on one drug or another. We were quite uncomfortable with his behaviour, the theatre was obviously dark and we could only see partly where he was and what he was doing, but when he come and sat right behind us we decided that was too much. We went and found a staff member and they asked him to leave and left the security lights on in the theatre, but you couldn't see the screen properly then. With all this going on we ended up missing the movie ending. Although the staff said "sorry" , quite frankly we found this insufficient given the experience we had just had. We were also very disappointed with our dinner there. Over cooked and some of the meal had not been freshly cooked. We won't be returning, it's not a safe theatre.

It's a good cinema, relatively new. Clean and tidy. Staff are ok. Good food and drink options.

I have found this to be a place to relax and enjoy the the excellent food and wine with friends. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the seats are certainly comfortable when watching movies. Definitely worth checking out.
