Steve Davies of Cole Murray has been my Mortgage Broker for over 5 years and in that time purchased a number of properties and a business, all of which Steve arranged the finance for. I have also referred Steve to many friends, family and work colleagues who have been thrilled by Steve getting them the finance to buy a home or investment property. I myself have had some very complex lending situations and Steve miraculously gets the finance. I have found Steve to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, influential with the banks, prompt and simply a great person to deal with whom has your best interests at heart. All the people I have referred Steve to all over NZ and overseas (when buying property in NZ) have found Steve excellent to deal with. I have recently taken out Life and Progressive Care insurance with Cole Murray, switching from another provider for a better deal. The service I received from Roseann McConnel was fantastic, she was able to answer all of my questions with a thorough knowledge of insurance products and provide me with different options to meet my needs. I'm very happy with the Insurance and service, I got exactly what I wanted at a great price giving me peace of mind. I would be happy to recommend Cole Murray and Roseann McConnel to anyone.
