Awesome gym, friendly staff ,top sounds, best equipment. Having worked and trained at many gyms over the year's this is one of the best. !!!!Jo

Awesome gym, open 24 hours, Supplement bar to purchase pre-workout and protein shakes which I love :-) Group Fitness Classes with Aimee, my personal trainer is fantastic. Friendly staff, who make me feel very welcome... best of all I have achieved all of my personal goals and lost 7kg!!! Totally recommend Flex Fitness in Hastings, they rock!
