My Labrador had surgery and during the whole process I felt reassured because of their professionalism and care towards my dog. Now, five years later he needs surgery again. There is no place I would rather go for my dogs welfare. Admittedly, some of the staff are not strong on small talk and niceties but in the end what do you want, to talk about the weather or someone concentrating on your pets welfare?
