Just wanted to say that the young lady who looked after us when we arrived on Friday night 18th August was absolutely amazing, very thoughful and extremely helpful, even stopped to ask how we were doing when we left the airport!

Fantastic customer service! My partner left her sunnies behind, after asking about them and thinking they were lost the manager went out a personally look for and found them and then came a found us in line and hand delivered them. I am really amazed and greatful at the extra care and attention. Thank you so much!

Terrible. Booked a car online months in advance. Our flight was severely delayed due to all the earthquake stuff happening at the time. Got into Nelson at 11pm or so. No one was at the kiosk, so we called the number given on the phone on the desk about 6 times. No answer, called customer service, no answer anywhere. We were stuck in Nelson with no transportation. We bit the bullet and spent the night at a nearby hotel. The next morning when we returned and explained our situation, and asked for them to cover our unexpected hotel cost, they said they couldn't because we should've called to tell them we would be late. Which is ridiculous because we didn't know we'd be that late. Every time we we're about to board they would delay the flight by another hour. Very unhappy with the service we received from the manager there as well. We will be calling the customer service line when we return home.
