I really can't believe these negative reviews. I have 2 little ones under 5, so basically I'm there once a month. I have never, ever experienced anything less than professional, caring service from the nurses, doctors or receptionists. There are times when it is very busy and they don't have a lot of time to chat, but I've never experienced the receptionists being rude or unkind.

Abrupt rude receptionist. When our 4 yr old wandered around her side and touched her leg she flipped and basically smacked him away which upset him (and us). She'd be better as a women's prison warden rather than a much needed friendly compassionate face when you are sick.
Will never return here and would actively discourage others. There are others around with a smile, i'd suggest you look elsewhere.
