Great yoga classes, with a relaxed and very welcoming atmosphere. Classes are at a nice pace and Rod and the other instructors go out of their way to give individual advice and guidance when you need it.. The yoga class passes are great value too. Highly recommended.

Such a warm and inviting environment to practice! Rod is a very knowledgeable teacher and ensured a fun yet challenging class. I would definitely recommend this class to everyone regardless of their Ashtanga background.

I really enjoy Rod's yoga classes. He is one of the most knowledgeable yoga teachers I have met.The classes are fun and never the same.
I always feel great at the end of a class and can highly recommend him
