One woman from Air New Zealand just jumped the queue and took ages to order her food, she wore a dress with purple Maori pattern and bought her food around 10 to 4 at Nelson Airport. Can you take off the sign of Air New Zealand when you do something impolite? That really ruins my imagination of this company.

One star dose not even describe it. Horrible service. Horrible direction this place needs management! There was a cancellation of the previous flight and it was a mess. Worst air port I have been in!!!
