I received a voucher as a gift & was really looking forward to the Luxury Spa Pedicure & the experience that would go with it. Unfortunately it was disappointing. From the very brief initial greeting (could have been more welcoming) & the lack of polish colours to choose from, spoiled the moment for what should have been a great experience.
