We rented car from Christchurch and returned it to Queenstown Airport. We forgot a cell phone in the car and Ginny, Luke, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to get the cellphone back to us. Amazing!

Tried renting a car from Fabio and vini and to say that they were unhelpful is an understatement. Poor service, rude and unhelpful. As frequent travellers and frequent car renters this was by far the worst experience received yet. Hope you can up your game. Lots of competition out there...

Difficult to deal with. And liars.
When you rent a car they tell you to not worry about little scuff and scratches. They even show you a piece of paper saying this.
So when you inspect the car you see scratches and scuffs.
But when you go back they find a scratch even a very small one.
Then you are harassed into filling out paper work admitting to an accident. You must fill out a piece of paper saying you had an accident and it was your fault.
I had three staff members standing over me on this. Including the manager
And they never even looked at the car.
I would put a photo up showing this if I could. But it was so small you could barely see it buy eye and the camera didn't show it at all.
Just another disappointing company. Making and breaking promises for financial reward instead if doing a good job

The staff were friendly, even though the shop was extremely busy. They answered all of my questions helpfully. I would recommend.

Was grateful to be able to extend my rental when I turned up to collect the vehicle even though it had said 'sold out' online. We were charged significantly more but we didn't care, the convenience outweighed the cost. The car itself was a bit of a shocker, the brakes were not at all responsive which was a concern given the roads between Queenstown & Wanaka and the well-known aggressive NZ drivers. Despite not having any other customers the staff ignored us and carried on talking when we arrived to return the keys so we just popped them in the box and walked away. Would avoid renting from these guys next time as there are plenty of other options and ultimately I just don't trust that had I needed to slam on the brakes that we would have been able to avoid an accident.
