Lovely top floor room with amazing mountain views. Very soft beds and spacious accommodation. Man on reception very helpful and free WiFi to boot. Definitely would recommend.

Nice hotel boutique hotel within walking distance from Queenstown Mall, shops and eateries. Located near the park as well. Quiet but I find the room a tad stuffy and too warm even during the night with 5-7 degrees Cel temp outside. I had a room on the 2nd floor, there is no elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Housekeeping was fantastic, but I felt that I had to give a lower star rating cos I found my clothing which I left on my bed, on the floors when I returned to the room.

We got a discount for not getting daily room service. Still, we get free milk, coffee, etc.
