Worst customer service ever!
I had a bad experience with the service provided by Jucy. With my friends we booked the first boat (8:55am). The Hollyord road was closed at 7:50am even if we had checked the road status the day before at 4:30pm and it was written it will be open in the morning. Finally we have been told that the road would be open at 10am. Therefore we went at a carpark we had seen on our way and we waited there until 10am. We didn't want to stay on the road for more than 2 hours and create some traffic jam with all the other cars and buses waiting. After 10am we went to Milford Sound to the desk of Juicy. The reception hostess told us that actually the road opened at 9am instead of 10am (we didn't know because we were waiting at a carpark and there is no signal in the area) and all the other people that waited on the road arrived, and went on the 2nd boat for free. Since we arrived just after the 2nd boat left we had to pay 24$ more per person to be moved to the 3rd boat of the day. She said that if we wanted to go to the 3rd boat we should come back at 12:50pm (and she didn't want any conversation from 11:30 to 12:50). At 12:50 she told us that she doesn't have time to speak with us and either we pay 24$ dollars to go on the boat or we could leave. So we paid without beeing able to discuss the problem with her.
Otherwise the cruise was good. But the worse reception desk I saw while travelling in NZ. I'm really disapointed by the service provided.

Jucy Cruises did a great job at showing off the amazing and beautiful sights of Milford Sound. Don't be fooled by the fact this cruise is cheaper than others available in Milford Sound.
Once checked-in, you are provided a free brunch coupon for a bacon and vegetable slice (vegetarian also available), and tea\coffee making facilities also available. A kiosk also sits on the middle deck of the boat.
Our 8:55am cruise only had about 40 people on board, I think because Milford Sound is such a long drive from any town, that most people opt for the later 10:55am cruise. We drove 4hrs from Queenstown, leaving at 4:30am to be there.
With a 2hr cruise, the boat is steered around the sound, up to waterfalls and the cliff faces. We were even fortunate enough to spot yellow crested penguins in the water, as well as seals. Our captain provided commentary during the cruise too.

There are toilet facilities at the marina, as well as the discovery center, this center also being the only option for food in the area, due to it's remote nature.
Wifi\Mobile coverage is not available in this area.

Our driver/guide Eric was funny, friendly and knowledgeable, and a handy bus driver too. He made sure we got to see as much as possible on our beautiful journey to Milford Sound. The cruise was great, although quite busy, and allowed you to see all of Milford Sound. It was a fantastic experience.

Had an enjoyable day with Jucy's Milford Sound Day Trip. Eric The Knowledgeable Frenchman, entertained us during the bus ride with exciting native stories and attractions explanation. Eric's a very experienced and safe driver. Highly recommended.
