Don't hire from here, booked online for a Sunday pickup the day before, went there to expect it to be open (10am), all locked up and then they cancel my booking shortly after even though their website allows pickups by appointment on a Sunday. Go with a reputable hire company not some back water business. Highly recommend budget in Rotorua!!

Great experience, even after I accidently threw away the keys! Definitely would recommend these guys, excellent value (best in Rotorua for large vehicles) professional and totally understanding. 5 stars for sure!

Reliable clean car and friendly helpful staff - we will definitely use them again. We booked for a client who was arriving in Rotorua and everything was organised efficiently with no problems. The car was just what we were told and in good condition, and the rate matched the cheapest we had previously been able to get.
