Just needed to mail a letter to Canada and the clerk helping me was degrading and rude. She was about 4000 years old and just hated humans. Thankfully I got my letter mailed but it was all around a terrible experience.

Had a bad experience this morning with two staff members maybe being senior member is not appropriate for me to be asking for their kiwi bank services abruptly asked me for my phone number and how much was my house worth and email address and get back to you gee what the heck is wrong may be it was me not ny day

Good service, people are welcoming and friendly. Personally, I opened my account by phone and went to the bank to show required documents. It was simple and efficient. At the phone and at the bank, people were very kind.
