Love it people spas the gym good crowd. Bit expensive but worth it. Very tidy an welcoming.

Not what I was expecting. Quite expensive for what I received and didn't leave feeling relaxed more ripped off than anything. The building is very old and run down also. I think they cater more for rehabilitation patients. There are many places in Rotorua that one these experiences so id recommend doing your homework before booking.

Well equipped gymnasium and although the hotpools are very old are serviceable with changing rooms and showers. Once the plans and agreements are settled with local council and Ngati Whakaue a brand new complex will be built to replace this 75yr old premises.
