Simply spectacular! 4 night stay in July provided base for day touring and Sanctuary to return to each night. Words cannot describe waking up to birdsongs in the treetops outside the window. Highest recommendation.

This is a small, well kept park with excellent shower and toilet facilities. We were in a motorhome so were not worried about the lack of a kitchen.

Close to downtown. Plenty of space. Only 2 shower room for the entire site. And it costs $2 for 4 minutes. There are always a wait for the shower.

The most luxurious and comfortable apartment we're found in the whole of Northland, we literally wanted to move in permanently. The bath, a real rarity in NZ, was an absolute treat. The balcony, bliss for breakfast in the morning and (the included) barbecue in the evening. All this with incredibly friendly service and at a lower price than most rivals. Highly, highly recommended!
