Don't go there. Drug deals at day. Weird persons running around the campervans. Seems like it hasn't been cleaned for a decade.

The Motel manager is so weird. Nonstop talker. He will ask all your family details. Where do you work and then humiliate you.He will say that he has been there 28 years. This is what his comment about slow wifi. “If the internet is slow don’t panic be patience and sing a song”😂.

Do not stay at bignell.!
Worst experience of my life
This place should be shut down for uncleanness it is a big heath and safety risk for all adults and children
Peter the manager puts on a big show to make you think your getting the experience your looking for, yes it is close to shops and handy for the kids park but that's about it
We stayed at the camp site for over a month as we had no where else to go. The amount of police that showed up was not okay.
I personly cleaned the toilet and shower as it was discusting, smelt like pee as soon as we walked in, Carpets with holes, sheets with holes, the amount of insects we had to get rid of. No smoke detectors or outside security lighting. We where given a bed from Peter as there was no bed in the room we where going to stay in, we declined we had to go buy a bed, no one should sleep on the pee stained, bug infested beds
We couldn't wait to leave.
Warning to all parents that decided to stay keep your kids where you can see them, Peter is known to rap or make them feel special.

I did not dislike this site, they tried hard but it has an old world feel. The boundary is very almost oppressively secure and the caravans on site seemed to belong to another age.
