Best surf and turf ive had before . Partners scotch was on point. Last time was mediocre but completely stepped up this time and will definitely return.

Service wasn't bad like previous reviews, but food was substandard to having the same meal a few months ago. Wedges were overcooked and served with unappealing ham. Salad served without dressing, and whitebait fritter that was more omelette than fritter and without the Hollandaise sauce listed on the menu. Finally, the caramel sundae was advertised as 3 scoops of ice cream yet was only two, and the caramel sauce is thin and flavourless. This was a second choice place for a Monday night, now it is a last choice and drinks only.

Dined here with a large group service was appalling by the manager none the less, plates plonked down in front of us had to request service for drinks when ordering mains and also we were left for at least 40minutes after in which time we had to prompt service again and even then you could not wait to get out of the room "anything else" with out even walking around each customer to take the order , for a table of eleven we could of been sold a entire table of deserts and drinks if the customer service was right, no ask of how our meals were , no eye contact made at payment walked away without even thanking or offering a receipt when I waited for one got it thrown across the counter before walking away to chat with a gentlemen and laugh at whatever was more important on his cell phone , when prompted with the question who was manager I was very surprised to know the same supplier of awful customer service was the manager, the moral of the story here ... If you don't like dealing with people why work in customer service. I hope this was just a bad day for you and not the way you normally treat your customers.

Place was really quiet, we'd ordered our dinner. Then drinks came, a waitress came placed all of drinks in front of one of us - said nothing then simply walked away.
Then later one of us noticed our plates were waiting for delivery to our table. We saw waitress ignore our plates. We were hungry so after 5 or 10 minutes we gave up, and grabbed our own plates from the servery!
