My experience as a mother to the bride to be at your shop was disappointment at the service we received. We arrived early and had to wait. The person who was delegated to us did not have much knowledge about the stock in the shop. The excuse given was no size or too small for the few bridal gowns that the bride to be really wanted to try on. I didn't think the bride to be's ideas and designs were genuinely listened to and the lady showed us more gowns on the sale rack!!! It was as if they thought we were only looking for gowns on sale instead of a proper consultation. So sad!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service by the Palmerston North branch and gave me very helpful service when trying on some wedding dresses and even helped me with a veil . Value for money well worth going there again
