Just giving the second star because the receptionist was really nice and helpful. Although the doctor wasn't. Five minutes appointment, super quick, Dr Tan didn't even explain me what was that I had, just gave me a scientific name and started writing a prescription, I had to asked him hundred questions in 30 seconds, felt like he wanted to get rid of me quickly. Didn't gave me anything to take for the fever I had had for the last 3 days (he checked my temp and I had a fever right there even) didn't gave me anything for the pain or asked any other question about how I was feeling. Didn't tell me how to take the medicine, how many days, if I needed to eat first or nothing. Very disappointed, waste of many to just get a prescription without even a proper examination.

Very friendly and professional. I could see a doctor as a walk-in, casual patient with no waiting time, in contrast to other GPs in Wellington. Both the doctor and the nurse genuinely cared and were fast, efficient, and precise. I was impressed with the attentive and friendly service by the nurse (Rebecca, if I am not mistaken) at the initial visit and follow-up appointments.

After hours of searching for an GP to see me and desperately trying to avoid the overpriced Urgent Care I called Wellington Medical Centre. A friend spoke very highly about them so I gave them a call. They booked me an appointment to come in immediately. This was the only office willing to see me. The receptionist was super friendly... and I got treatment and meds that I needed immediately. The doctors was super efficient, there was no wait, and I was feeling much better by the end of the day. No complaints whatsoever.
