I got given a 60 min pamper package for my birthday. I am 36 week pregnant so opted for a
30 min Mama massage and 30 min pedicure. I walked in and the lady was so rude. Not to say dressed like she just got out of bed with a beanie and hoodie on. She asked for my voucher which she threw on the counter and said choose your colour. Then flicked her hand at me to suggest come with me. Walked into the massage room and she said just back massage yeah so I was like ok I guess so. There was no extra pillow for my belly support and the massage was just terrible. I actually nearly got up and said don't worry about it. Once the massage was done she just went said ok and walked out. I had so much oil still left on my back. Went in for the pedicure and let's just say I could have done a better job if I could have reached my own toes properly. Once she was done with my feet which took 20 mins if that she just started helping another lady so I just got up and left. Honestly not worth the time or money even if it is cheap. I have had a few massages and pedicures and this hands down is the worst I have ever had. Would not recommend at all.

Two words to describe this... Unbelievably amazing.
Booked in for a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial, it was a full body massage, the lady asked if the pressure was OK within the first few minutes, and definitely knew what she was doing. I've traveled a lot of the world and this rates as the BEST massage I've ever had, hands down. I literally muttered "oh my god" several times. Included feet and hands and both sides of the legs and upper chest!
Onto the facial, the lady spent about 15 minutes applying various lotions and whatnot before the mask was applied and left for 20 minutes at a guess, she then returned, cleaned everything off and ended with a 10 minute head massage... Oh my God!!!
Once it was over she bought me a delicious mango type drink (not some cheap pre made stuff), a small whittakers chocolate bar and told me to lie there and relax for 5-10 minutes.
Rating... 5 stars simply isn't enough

I had a manicure today with a friend, and we were both overly disappointed with the service, amenities and overall finish. The lady was rude and moody. My gel polish was done so poorly, and there was no moisturising or cuticle cutting- she simply slapped on the paint. The lady was also very rough and I was left with both oval and square looking shapes. Would not recommend and certainly won't go back. Don't waste your money or time.

Had a great experience today with a couples massage and a back scrub! Ladies were so lovely and did a great job. :)

Extremely rude. I was five minutes late, and told I was too late for a gel manicure. I told her I'd removed the previous polish, only then she let me in. They didn't have Christmas colours - silver and red. She started filing. I asked for a square shape, and got a combo of oval and square. Then she applied the base coat. Didn't remove cuticles, or moisturise. She didn't talk, and was moody. It was over in 20 minutes. Won't return or do not recommend.
