Vets that remember pets are the best. Pet Doctors Thorndon may seem like a chain offering, but you’ll be pretty pleased with the vet and nurses recalling visits months apart.
While vets normally make most of their profit margins from up selling, Pet Doctors Thorndon doesn’t overdo it, so you walk aware not feeling pressured into perhaps indulgent procedures.
Pet surgeries are well managed with lots of information from the outset, options to manage costs during surgeries, and outpatient care that will see dopey big happy cats and dogs returned to their owners.

Eve and the team at Pet Doctors Thorndon provide amazing care for your animals, as well as wonderful support and guidance to pet owners. The quality of care they show both pets and owners truly is incredible. I am always left reassured that if my fur baby needs to stay there for a prolonged period of time he will be well loved, cuddled and cared for.
I recommend them to everyone I know who has a pet or is thinking about owning a pet.

Our three cats have always had A1 care from Pet Doctors. Our senior cat became seriously ill a few years ago and the care he was given was second to none. Eve Falconer arranged for him to have specialist treatment and we were thrilled to have him for an extra five years, only recently having to say goodbye to him - a hard thing to do but made easier by the loving attitude of the staff. Thank you Eve and all the staff - you are greatly appreciated.

Highly recommend Pet Doctors, especially for emergency care. Our wee dog became VERY ill VERY quickly and we received very prompt weekend service. He needed 2 weeks of inpatient care and was very well looked after. It impressed me that Pet Doctors also made use of other speciality services when needed and arranged it for us.
Full recovery occurred and following the post recovery advice he has remained healthy and active.

Staff are friendly and competent. I like the reminders for vaccinations and the extra care taken when my dog has had issues including after hours calls. Been a customer for 6 years, and although there is a different vet each time, the service remains great.
