The room was comfortable and clean. There is hot water :) in the shower although it is pretty hot here. Good value for the money. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We used their laundry service which was cheep and good. Location wise the hotel is near to the beach and the central streets so everything you need is just a walking distance

This is the cheapest place we found to stay the night that still had all the amenities we needed. For $36USD we got a private room with A/C, a TV, mini-fridge, small sink, and full bathroom.
The staff were also the most accommodating out of the 5 other places we stayed at while in San Juan Del Sur.
Unfortunately the hotel ran out of water on our last night but Rosita had no problem giving us a refund.
Definitely worth checking out if you want some of the comforts of home on a budget.

Very friendly staff that can speak English! Rooms decently priced and included a fridge, microwave, double bed with a single bunk bed on top. We ended up sleeping in late one day and a staff member came by and did a wellness check to make sure we were okay! They use reserve water supply so the water pressure isn't the greatest and we were unable to shower because of such little water pressure. Other than that the wifi was amazing and there was a communal kitchen and included free breakfast. There is a cafe/restaurant upstairs as well!

Really great hotel. Awesome rooms. Try and get the upstairs room. Beach at your feet, bar and restaurant. Will definitely return if I can.

The people are very helpful, convenient rooms. Microwave, mini fridge. 2 bunk beds . the bottom ones are larger. Lil patio with chairs. You can bring your own food and cook it with a community kitchen that they have for the guests, and half a block from the beach, close as fudge. 53 for 4 of us.
