Excellent Hotel. The only Art Nouveau Hotel in the best Art nouveau town in Scandinavie is a Must for Art Nouveau lovers. Good pricing. Highly recommended.

A nice central place in to stay in Alesund. The hotel is in the Art Nouveau stile like many of the houses in the city and sports an olf-fashioned, semi-open lift in the inside. Unfortunately, the building and interior feels like it fell in disrepair in the last couple of years.

Good sized room. Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Free breakfast was ok.

Superb location. Free sumptuous buffet breakfast. Comfy room. Unique looking lift. If u r taking the airport bus, 5 mins walk from the 1st bus station upon reaching city centre. Seek help from the bus driver if u r unsure. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They provide free maps to nearby attractions and some good restaurants. Walking distance to tourist information where u can book tours to geiranger (u can also take the airport bus to the airport from the bus stop outside the tourist information) and abt 15 mins walk to mt. Aksla.
